Support Pumpkins Fight Against Nasal Cancer

As of July 1, 2024 Pumpkin has been diagnosed with Nasal Adenocarcinoma, a cancer in the nasal cavity that is aggressive & invasive. Due to its progression the cancer has now begun to impact her breathing and vision. Pumpkin’s 10th birthday is coming up on October 30th & I am fundraising with the goal to gift her life saving radiation treatment. The goal for this fundraiser is to raise $10,000 for Pumpkin’s staging, CT Scan, 5 radiation treatments & aftercare. Any and all funds will be for Pumpkins medical care. The veterinary teams we are working with both have high hopes for Pumpkin’s recovery & would like to begin the staging process as soon as possible. Although this radiation might not extend her life for long it will make the time she has much more comfortable. Our hopes for the radiation would be to minimize the tumor that is close to her brain which can cause neurological issues ,alleviate her breathing stress & relieve pressure from her eye.I have been a part of Pumpkin’s life for almost 7 years and I can say with all certainty that she is my Best Friend. Pumpkin was a rescue who was found abandoned outside of a store after having puppies. Since we were introduced, Pumpkin & I have gone through many trials and tribulations that have helped us grow together.Pumpkin is a loving , playful & charismatic dog who is important to not only my life but that of many community members . Pumpkin is a bright light in this world & I look forward to my life everyday because she is my best friend.In addition to seeking treatment out of town, Pumpkin had to stay behind with her grandparents because she was in no condition to travel after her second biopsy. To my surprise I arrived back home to uninhabitable conditions.These conditions caused me to move across the state unexpectedly but our home was only a house without Pumpkin. We are now reunited together in a new period of our lives & are doing our best to fight the cancer with all of our resources available.All things considered I would greatly appreciate it if our community could support us to raise funds to help Pumpkin feel at ease & celebrate her 10th birthday!!
